I went out expecting a fun night, but it just fell flat. The music was average, the drinks took way too long to come out, and the overall vibe never really picked up. I even mentioned the wait to staff and got more of a casual “yeah, we’re a bit backed up tonight” kind of response, which didn’t really help much. Not the worst night ever, but definitely not the fun nightlife experience I was hoping for.

The room was fine overall, nothing too exciting but comfortable enough. But the pool and gym?? They felt outdated and limited, which was disappointing since I was hoping to actually use them during my stay

I spent some time on eldoradoreno.com, and while the site itself seemed to work okay, I didn’t feel totally safe entering my personal info. It made me a little nervous because I couldn’t easily find clear details about how my information would be protected or what would happen after I filled out a form.
Maybe everything is completely fine, but my gut just wasn’t comfortable with it. I’d feel a lot better if the site had clearer privacy details, stronger security information, and a few more trust signals before I used it again.

The place itself was fine, but the parking really put a damper on the visit. It took way too long to find a spot, and the signs weren’t very clear, so I ended up feeling frustrated before I even got inside. I also had to walk farther than I expected. It wasn’t a terrible experience overall, but the parking definitely made it more of a hassle than it needed to be.

They got back to me quickly and explained what was going on in plain language. No runaround, no canned nonsense, and the issue got sorted without much effort on my end. it was a nice surprise. I’d use them again.

I had a decent time playing the slots , they were fun overall . The only downside was that getting my cashout took longer than I expected .

I stayed at the Eldorado Reno and the location was just right. It was an easy walk to restaurants, casinos, and downtown spots, so I did not really need to use the car much. The river area is close by too, which was nice. If you want to be in the middle of everything, this is a really handy place to stay. I would definitely stay here again.

The room was cleaner than I expected. I didn’t see any dust anywhere, and the bathroom actually smelled fresh, which was a nice surprise. I’m usually a little skeptical when places talk up their service, so I didn’t really bother relying on the front desk for much, but the room itself was solid.

I stayed here the place felt like it hadn’t been properly looked after. The hallways were dirty, a few things looked broken or worn down, and even simple maintenance issues took way too long to get handled. I don’t expect perfection, but people should at least be able to count on a clean, well-maintained place when they’re paying to stay somewhere. It just wasn’t worth the hassle for me...

My first impression walking into Eldorado Reno was that I might be in for a noisy weekend, just because it’s right downtown and there’s so much going on around the property.

Once I got up to the room, though, I was surprised by how calm it was. I heard a little hallway noise here and there, but nothing that really bothered me, and I didn’t get any loud casino sounds carrying up at night.

I ended up sleeping well both nights, which is usually the biggest thing for me when staying somewhere. Based on that alone, I’d give it 5 stars for being way quieter than I expected

I paid less than I thought I was gonna, and the job turned out really nice. I’m happy with the value overall

My check-in at Eldorado Reno went smoothly overall. I did have to wait in line a little longer than I would've liked when I got there, which was kind of annoying since I just wanted to get to my room, but the person at the front desk was nice and got me set up without any problems. Checkout was super easy too — I used the express option, dropped off the keys, and was done. I also appreciated that no random extra charges showed up later. I'd give it 4 stars because I would've been happier if the check-in wait had been shorter.

I stayed for one night and was happy with it, especially for the price. The room felt clean and cozy, the bed was soft, and the pillows were actually comfortable. I slept really well, which is what I was hoping for. If the rate stays reasonable, I’d definitely book again.

I booked through eldoradoreno.com and really appreciated that the resort fee was shown clearly before checkout!! I can’t stand when hotels sneak that in at the last second, so it was a nice surprise to have everything upfront.
The price ended up matching what I expected when I arrived too. Super simple booking, no drama, and I actually felt like I knew exactly what I was paying for.

I tried this place out and left a bit let down. The food came out lukewarm and just didnt have much flavor to it. The service was fine, nothing bad there, but for what it cost I was expecting a lot better. Maybe it was just an off night, but I probably wouldnt rush back
